The Importance of Unreasonable Ideas

Finding a balance between working on big bets vs smaller incremental improvements is something every company wrestles with.

At BoomPop, we're inspired by the mantra, "Aim for the stars, land on the moon," which reminds the team of the importance to thinking (and acting) big.

“Unreasonable” ideas are welcome and we rely on everyone on the team to contribute. Some of our most game-changing product ideas have come from team members outside our engineering/product/design (EPD) org.

When everyone feels empowered to contribute their product ideas/feedback, this brings a ton of energy to the team, especially during challenging times (which is every day when building a startup 🙂).
